Part-Time Youth Program Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs, activities, and events that meet the diverse needs of our members.
• Work closely with the Campus Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with staff, youth, parents, local community leaders, schools, and churches.
• Design and implement quality programs for youth, incorporating effective communication and evaluative feedback.
• Provide guidance and role modeling to members, promoting their motivation and engagement.
• Mentor and inspire youth, adults, and volunteers in the creative process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong understanding of youth development principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and display tact, maturity, and flexibility at all times.
• Physical demands include standing for up to four hours per day, sight, hearing, and ability to implement programs.
