TITLE: Van Drivers
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
Type of Position: Part Time; 2:30pm - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Boys & Girls Club of Aberdeen Area is currently looking for team players to fill the position of Van Drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of members to and from the area schools and the Club while providing exceptional customer service to our membership base.
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to pick up and deliver members
- Pickup and delivery Club members (to and from School and Club)
- Maintain ongoing communication with Club if encountering any issues
- Ensure a healthy and safe environment, ensuring vehicle and equipment are maintained
- Assume other duties as assigned
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass company driving test, background check and drug test
- Strong customer service skills
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to drive vans and sit in vehicles for extended times

SALARY INFORMATION: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour, DOE
HOURS: 2:30PM – 3:30PM during the school year, off on No School Days & Snow Days.
