The Program Director for the Boys & Girls Club of Carbon County, based in scenic Red Lodge Montana will ensure the planning and implementation of all programs and activities, including food service, for school-age youth served by the Boys & Girls Club of Carbon County. They will also support and supervise Clubhouse staff engaged in the development and implementation of Clubhouse programs and activities in the core areas of: Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, Character & Leadership Development, Sports, Fitness & Recreation, and the Arts. They will also oversee the development and implementation of all community-based partnerships and activities to elevate the visibility of the Boys & Girls Club in the community.

Leadership
· Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude for the Club programs and serve as a role-model for all Club members, staff and volunteers.
· Promote positive and supportive relationships between staff and members.
· Consult with school day staff and parents/guardians to ensure Club staff have the most accurate and current information to best support each Club member.
· Engage Clubhouse staff and volunteers in a process of continuous quality improvement to ensure progress toward a world-class daily Club experience.
· Maintain a high level of integrity and ensure confidentiality.
Safety
· Ensure the Clubhouse environment, and the daily experience is safe and positive for all members, families, staff, volunteers, and the community.
· Ensure each Club member, parent, staff, and volunteer are properly trained, practice, and adhere to all safety & behavior procedures and expectations.
· Ensure the accurate and timely collection and entry of all member registration and participation data into the electronic member management system.
· Support the completion of all safety requirements associated with the Club facility and fleet.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Program Development & Implementation
· Ensure the planning of a wide-variety of fun and engaging, age-appropriate programs and activities during the school year and summer that meet the needs and interests of Club members.
· Plan, organize, and lead the annual Summer Camp program.
· Engage with community partners to establish or enhance programs and activities and deepen the connection our members have with the community.
· Work closely with the Board and Clubhouse Staff to organize and implement all member-focused special programs and events.
· Ensure all aspects of the Club’s food service program follow local, state, and federal requirements and meet the nutrition needs of our members.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervision
· Supervise, mentor and evaluate the performance of those employees who are direct reports.
· Support the training and development of all Clubhouse staff and volunteers to ensure a clear understanding of the Club’s mission, objectives, policies, programs, and procedures.
· Ensure all staff and volunteers have the supplies and materials necessary for success implementing the daily Club experience.
Resource Development
· Share stories, pictures, videos and other information that highlights Club activities and member success that can be shared to elevate the visibility of the Boys & Girls Club of Carbon County.
· Support the successful utilization of grant funds by ensuring Clubhouse programs and activities align with grant deliverables and required data is accurately collected for grant reporting purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
