Primary Functions: Seeking an energetic, career-minded, outcome driven youth development professional for a challenging, yet rewarding full-time position. Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, this individual will direct and manage overall daily operations of the organization’s main Club with the primary concern for youth development, program and service management, facilities management, human resource management, and community relations.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years supervisory experience); supervisory experience; ability to ensure a healthy and safe Club environment; ability to compile regular reports reflecting facility and program attendance and participation; ability to conduct and participate in special events; ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team; exceptional presentation and facilitation skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task; highly organized and proficient with MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working for a nonprofit organization; experience in an afterschool setting; experience administering state/federal grant requirements; Boys & Girls Club employment experience.
