Summary
We seek a passionate Dance Instructor to join our team at the Boys & Girls Club of McAllen. Responsibilities
- Develop engaging dance lesson plans tailored to various age groups.
- Teach dance techniques and choreography in a fun and supportive environment.
- Encourage creativity and self-expression through dance.
- Organize performances or showcases to highlight students' progress.
- Assess students' skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other staff members to integrate dance into broader youth programs.
Requirements
- Experience in dance instruction or related fields is preferred.
