POSITION OVERVIEW :
As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for transporting our students from their school in South San Francisco to our Orange Park Clubhouse and to their homes during the school year. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide transportation to BGCP students during the school year.
- Maintain vehicle logs.
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vans.
- Manage and uphold the rules and regulations of the parking lot during student pick-up.
- Have familiarity with roads and be responsible for knowing travel routes and destinations.
- Be responsible, in case of emergency, for van repairs to manage details of roadside assistance and / or towing.
- Provide transportation for meals.
- Uphold the rules and regulations of the parking lot during student pick-up.
- Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.

As part of the hiring process, BGCP requires candidates to complete a LiveScan fingerprinting, background check, and tuberculosis (TB) test.
