Youth Development Specialists are responsible for leading and engaging Club members in activities, program planning, ensuring the safety of Club members, and maintaining a fun environment.
Part-Time, 18 to 25 hours per week (minimum of 18 hours per week is required) and Full Time hours available. Monday – Friday, Shift Hours are between 6:30am-6pm. School year employment is also available after the summer concludes.

Responsibilities and Duties
Youth Development Specialists implement programs and activities that are fun, educational and engage members.
Job duties include:
Lead programs and activities as outlined in program plans
Enforce rules and policies posted in the building
Ensure accurate participation tracking
Work cooperatively with staff and volunteers
