- Maintain a safe and organized environment conducive to learning and development.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and community members to enhance program effectiveness.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Assist in planning special events or camps that encourage teamwork and personal growth.
Experience
- Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camps, or educational environments is preferred.
