Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Pathways Healthcare Careers Teen Ambassador. As a key member of our healthcare careers initiative, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering workshops, presentations, and activities that promote health education and awareness among teens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging workshops and presentations on healthcare careers and related topics
- Collaborate with the Pathways Healthcare Careers Director to develop and implement program strategies
- Lead discussion groups and facilitate peer-to-peer learning experiences
- Assist in organizing events and activities that promote health education and awareness
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals and organizations
Requirements:
- BGC member aged 15-18
- Complete 11 hours of paid training before starting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for healthcare and interest in promoting health education and awareness
