The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming is seeking a highly driven, self-motivated, program leader to extend our reach in the community as a Youth Development Professional in Glenrock.
Objectives & Key Responsibilities:
The Youth Development Professional will plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate a broad range of activities within the three priority outcomes of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Character & Citizenship. Assist with facility maintenance. Leads in the community through outreach events, afterschool & summer programming, sports programs, and teen programming.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with youth recommended
Ability to be a part of a team in a highly stimulating environment
Strong customer relations skills and demonstrate the ability to work with the general public
Creativity and flexibility

Wage range: Youth Development Professional $15-17.50/hour DOE.
