Job Summary:
This position is the friendly face welcoming all members and guests as they enter the Club. In addition to managing member check in, this person is responsible for ensuring safety compliance in regard to parents and other visitors.
Weekly Hours & Schedule:
- Part-time, 18 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - 2:30pm - 6:00pm

Wednesday 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in entering and managing membership data and information through the data-based program (Y.E.S.).
- Assist in managing membership reporting in collaboration with site leadership and administration as needed.
- Assist in providing information and reports as needed to support grant compliance needs.
- Assist in ensuring the safety of the Club by keeping non-members, suspended members, unknown or barred visitors & adults from passing the front counter area without a proper escort.
- Assist in handling member belongings as part of the check-in process.
- Assist in receiving membership fees in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Assist in answering telephone calls and disposition as needed.
- Assist in performing administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one year experience in administrative role, preferably in a youth group setting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite, specifically Word and Excel, required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team player with high energy and strong interpersonal skills.
- Position may require standing/sitting for extended periods of time, reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally, bending at the waist, and ability to lift, carry, pull or otherwise move objects up to 20lbs
