Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove is looking to hire Youth Development Professionals for our After School Program!
We have employment opportunities great for those interested in working with children, adolescents and families!
Youth Development Professionals work at after school program sites to provide homework assistance, develop and implement program curriculum and activities, implement classroom management, and supervise members during programming (20:1 ratio). Serve as a positive role model and establish meaningful relationships that will encourage and motivate youth participation!

Location:
One of our elementary, intermediate or high school sites within Garden Grove Unified School District.
Schedule/Pay:
Part time, Up to 29 hrs/wk, excluding recess periods
M-F 2:00pm – 6:00pm | W 1:00pm – 6:00pm
$20.00/hr: M-F Availability
$18.00/hr: Limited Availability (2-4 days a week)
Those who can only work 2-4 days a week, will be considered a substitute. A substitute is asked to move to different school sites during the week to fill a need at a site.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
HS diploma or equivalent
Must clear screening and background check
