Reports To: Vice President of Resource Development & Communications
Status: Full-time | Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our Development Team, helping to:
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward existing and prospective donors through emails, calls, and in-person meetings
- Manage our donor CRM system (Bloomerang) and wealth screening tools
- Track and acknowledge fundraising income, ensuring timely thank-you letters and donor recognition
- Lead planning for our Annual Gala—our largest fundraising event of the year
- Represent BGCGCV at Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce events
- Collaborate with board members, ambassadors, and community partners to drive development goals and third-party events
What You Bring
- 3 years of nonprofit experience with a focus on fundraising, marketing, community relations, or donor management
- Strong writing, organization, and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and donor databases (Bloomerang a plus)
- Enthusiastic, creative, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and knowledge of fundraising principles and budgeting is a plus.
