The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater High Point is looking to hire certified teachers to support our local youth in-need of additional academic assistance.
Job duties will include Math tutoring for grades 6-12, also oversight of use of online educational (ACHEIVE3000/SMARTY ANTS) remediation programming.
Hours are M, W, Th 4-5pm plus 1.5 additional hours per week for planning for 4.5 per week.
Pay is $30/hr. MUST BE A CERTIFIED NORTH CAROLINA TEACHER.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.
