Employability skills instructors play a pivotal role in preparing trainees for the modern workforce. Employment hours for soft skills instructors are part-time afternoon/evening hours during the week. During the school year, the hours can be from 11:30-3:00 pm or 2:30-6:30 pm based on the needs of the Technical Training Center. The summer hours for this position are 9:30-5:00 pm. The max hours a week an instructor will get on average is 29.5. This will fluctuate on days (weeks) that we have special events. Due to the nature of the training center, you may be asked to work special events or longer hours on certain days but will know ahead of time about those opportunities.
