Join Our Team as a Shuttle Driver!
Do you enjoy being on the move while making a positive impact? We're looking for dedicated Shuttle Drivers to join our team! As a Shuttle Driver, you'll transport Members to and from school and various destinations along designated routes, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.
Location: Sugar House with support to our other Salt Lake Valley locations (Midvale to Glendale)
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (40hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive 16 passenger vans and large school buses according to set schedules, safely transporting Members to their destinations- Maintain order and ensure discipline among youth passengers during transit
- Food Bank Donations Drop Off to various Club Locations
- Conduct thorough safety and operational inspections of assigned vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as refueling and tire checks
- Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained for safe operation
- Complete mileage and passenger count reports accurately
- Participate in safety, first aid, and other required trainings and meetings
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with youth or children is a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older to meet driving requirements
- CDL License
- Ability to sit upright for extended periods (three hours or more consecutively)
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds sporadically during a regular work shift
- Physically active with the ability to bend, kneel, reach, and stretch throughout a regular work shift
