Your Impactful Role:
As our Membership Secretary, you'll be the glue that holds our community together. From managing membership records to providing top-notch customer service, your contributions will be felt in every corner of our organization. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Membership Management: Maintain accurate membership records and database entries, ensuring smooth operations for our members and staff.
- Customer Service Excellence: Field member inquiries, assist with applications and renewals, and provide exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Event Coordination: Help coordinate exciting member events and meetings, adding an extra touch of magic to our community.
- Administrative Wizardry: From office supplies to financial tasks, you'll keep things running like a well-oiled machine with your keen eye for detail and organization.
- Youth Interaction: Engage with our young members, offering mentorship and support as they navigate their Club experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience and Expertise: While 2 years of office experience is preferred, we're looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must-have for this role.
- Communication Superstar: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key as you interact with members, parents, and colleagues.
