This role requires a Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior intervention, youth development, and case management. The ideal candidate should also possess at least 2 years of experience in supervision.
In this position, you will oversee the Behavioral Health Department, providing guidance and support to direct reports. You will work closely with Club staff, partners, and community organizations to develop and implement programs that promote social-emotional learning and trauma-informed care.
