As the Behavioral Health Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and services in various components of our Behavioral Health Team.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior intervention, youth development, and case management. They should also have at least 2 years of experience in supervision.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with Club staff, partners, and community organizations to develop and implement programs that promote social-emotional learning and trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Club staff and partners to develop and implement programs.
- Provide leadership and services in various components of our Behavioral Health Team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and significant interactions with clients.
- Supervise direct reports and provide guidance and support.
