Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County is hiring:
- Full-time OR part-time Summer Program staff
We are currently hiring for multiple clubs, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Lehigh Acres.
- Summer program- You can work 4 or 8 hours a day, depending on the club needs and your availability, Monday through Friday.
What we offer:
- A safe, fun environment where you will work with youth, ages 6-18 years old
- Flexible scheduling- if you are a student or have another job, we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
- Full paid training- hands on, virtual, and specialized trainings
Duties will include:
- Leading games and activities inside and outside
- Implementing BGCA lesson plans, including Smart Moves, Triple Play, and more.
- Cleaning up the facilities daily and being a team player
- Closely supervising and engaging with the children.
- Supervising field trips (summer program)
- Mentoring and being a positive role model
Requirements:
- Experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
- Must complete a level 2 background screening once hired. *There may be a fee for this if you're not in the system from a previous background check.*
- CPR certification required- must be completed within first 30 days of employment. We will provide training and reimburse cost.
- Pre-employment drug screening required.
