The Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui is a youth development program that is open Monday-Friday, afterschool and on school out days. We provide a fun, safe and positive environment with supportive relationships, expectations, opportunities and recognition. We promote social and emotional youth development through evidence based activities. Everyday we offer programs and activities in character and leadership, health and life skills, the arts, sports, fitness and recreation, education and workforce development.

POSITION: Youth Development Professional
HOURS: 19 hours a week, Monday – Friday
Program runs after school with possible increased hours on school intersession days
PAY RATE: $19.00 an hour

POSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Youth Development Professional is a part time mentorship role. This position provides fun and safe activities in core program areas that may include character and leadership, health and life skills, art, sports and recreation, education and career development. We will train you and provide ongoing support!
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with youth preferred.
