The Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui is a youth development program that is open Monday-Friday, afterschool and on school out days. Everyday we offer programs and activities in character and leadership, health and life skills, the arts, sports, fitness and recreation, education and workforce development.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Program Director is responsible for the planning and implementation of program for youth Club members as directed by the Clubhouse Director. This position provides fun and safe activities in core program areas that may include character and leadership, health and life skills, art, sports and recreation, education and career development. We will train you and provide ongoing support!
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
High school graduate or equivalent
Youth experience required
Able to engage youth members and manage behaviors for a safe environment
Exercise independent judgment and initiative within general policy guidelines
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills including an understanding of group dynamics.
Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
