OVERVIEW
The Teen Coordinator is responsible for leading the after-school program at Inglewood High School, fostering a vibrant, engaging, and innovative environment for teens. This role involves managing a team, building strong relationships with school administration and community partners, and ensuring programs are outcome-driven and reflective of teen voices. The Teen Coordinator will drive program attendance, demonstrate initiative, and develop creative strategies to attract and retain teen participants.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Leadership
- Plan, coordinate, and implement high-quality, innovative programs and activities tailored to teen interests.
- Promote and stimulate program participation to ensure consistent and growing attendance.
- Provide guidance and role modeling to teens, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Actively engage teens to ensure their voices are heard and incorporated into programming decisions.
