STAFF ACCOUNTANT
The successful candidate should be self-starting, analytic and possess the ability to manage their time to meet priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communications skills is essential to success. The Staff Accountant will focus on day-to-day internal operations of accounting with emphasis in Accounts Payable and Billing
Accounts Payable / Purchase Orders
- Manage accounts payable using accounting software
- Input vendor bills into accounting system
- Ensure bills are paid in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
- Fulfill purchase order requests
- Reviews all vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies
- Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and The Club’s accounts payable files
Billing / Accounts Receivable

ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS :
Much of the work time is conducted in an office setting. This position generally works Monday-Friday 8 : 30AM-5PM but may occasionally require longer hours.
