The Boys & Girls Clubs of Schenectady is looking for Youth Development Professionals in an Elementary and Middle School after school program settings located in the Schenectady City School District.
Job responsibilities will include :
- Homework help
- Implementation of National Boys & Girls Club Programs
- Engaging youth and teens in a fun engaging atmosphere
- Supervising a group of students
- Maintaining equipment and facility
- Creating a safe place for youth
- Motivating and encouraging youth participation in programming offered.
Applicants must posses the following skills:
- Experience working with youth.
- Team player
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable transportation
- Must be on time and reliable
Elementary: 2:15pm-6:00pm
Middle School: 3:15pm to 7:00pm
