The Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is searching for a passionate Academic Innovation & Mentoring (AIM) Coordinator to bring energy, inspiration, and academic success to the Anacortes Club. This full-time role is your chance to transform education into an adventure-one where kids don't just learn; they discover, explore, and thrive.
This isn't your typical desk job. You'll design hands-on, engaging programs that make academics exciting, from STEM challenges that spark curiosity to Power Hour sessions that turn homework into a stepping stone for success. You'll mentor, motivate, and innovate, ensuring kids of all ages build confidence in their learning and discover their potential.
Pay starts at $21.25-$22.54 per hour, plus a $1.00 differential because we believe in rewarding those who make a difference. And with benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance, we take care of our team so they can care for our youth.
