This role offers the opportunity to inspire youth through mentorship, engaging programs, and consistent support in both morning and afternoon hours.
In this dynamic position, you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment where kids can learn, grow, and build the skills they need to thrive. Whether leading a hands-on STEM activity, organizing a group game, or encouraging a young person to keep trying when things get tough, you'll be at the heart of their journey.
You'll work closely with a team of caring professionals to plan and deliver fun, enriching, and age-appropriate daily programming. Each day brings variety, challenges, and meaningful moments, making this more than just a job.
