  • Case Management: Observing and assisting with the case management process, including tracking client progress, coordinating services, and documenting all interactions and outcomes in client records.

  • Counseling Assistance: Providing emotional support to clients under the guidance of a supervisor. This may involve conducting intake interviews, participating in counseling sessions, or providing coping strategies to help clients navigate their challenges.

  • Community Outreach: Helping to identify community needs, organizing or participating in outreach programs, and promoting social programs that support underserved populations.

  • Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions to challenges faced by clients.
  • Confidentiality: A commitment to protecting clients' privacy and adhering to ethical standards of social work practice.

  • Basic understanding of social work principles, theories, and ethical practices.
  • Desire to work with diverse populations and make a positive impact on individuals and communities.
