Under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, the Data & Outcomes Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to program outcomes and organizational performance. This role ensures that data-driven insights are used to improve program effectiveness and demonstrate the impact of Boys & Girls Clubs initiatives.

Data Collection and Management
Travel may be required to have multiple club facilities throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties for training and/or other business purposes.

Job Responsibilities And Major Duties
Data Collection and Management
- Develop and implement data collection protocols to ensure accurate and consistent data gathering across all club locations.
- Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Train staff in data collection methods and the use of data management systems.
- Analyze data to identify trends, measure program outcomes, and assess organizational performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data warehousing of data pulled from multiple sources to consolidate for reporting purposes.
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports, printouts and performance indicators in membership data system to locate and identify any data entry issues.
- Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of data management.
- Identify and remedy inefficient data processes.
- Provide leadership to club staff to ensure systems and processes are in place and implemented to maintain integrity.
- Work with appropriate staff at each individual clubhouse to ensure proper data input and consistency.
- Degree or certification in a similar field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, analysis, or program evaluation, preferably within a human services organization.
- Strong knowledge of data tools and software (e.g. Excel, MyClubHub, etc...)
- Ability to present information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of research methodology and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work with efficiency and flexibility.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external constituents.
- Ability to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new data systems and processes.
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ( must meet the requirements to be added to organizations insurance policy).
