Job Title: Teen - Youth Development Program Coordinator. Please note, this is a limited term position estimated to last 12 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent if a suitable opening exists at the end of the term.

What You'll Do:
- Design and deliver exciting, experiential lessons and activities that capture young people's imaginations.
- Foster a safe, inclusive space where every youth feels valued and motivated to grow.
- Build positive relationships and social skills through asset-based, youth-driven programming.
- Monitor program success, adapt to member needs, and ensure a top-notch experience.
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance co-curricular opportunities.
- Oversee program administration, including registration and orientation, while ensuring a clean and safe environment.
What You Bring:
- Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED, a knack for motivating and managing youth, and the ability to work well with diverse families.
- Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 year degree in human services or related field, experience in program development, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Schedule: On school days, Mondays - Fridays from 1pm - 6:30pm, Non-School Days, Mondays - Fridays from 9am-5:30pm
Pay: $16- $20 per hour (based on related experience for the position)
