Description
The Club Director conducts and manages overall daily operations of the designated Clubhouse in addition to special weekend and evening events. The primary focus is on the programs, service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, budget management, community relations and membership administration for the specified Club. Supervises program staff. Ensures a safe environment for all at all times.
Requirements
MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or no degree and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Must pass background check, reference check, and drug test
- Must be able to work and interact professionally
- Valid Drivers License is required
