What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Development Professional - Bethalto/Lovejoy position at Boys & Girls Clubs?
We are looking to hire Youth Development Professionals to work with our Bethalto / Lovejoy Operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with youth and delivering exciting and engaging programming. They are a team player and self-starter with a high degree of independence, flexibility, self-motivation and creativity. The candidate will also be able to deliver evidence based programming.
We have both part time positions available. Hours are between 2 : 00pm and 8 : 00pm, depending on location, Monday through Friday. This is a year round position. If you are interested in working for at or Bethalto or Lovejoy location in Illinois.
Qualified Candidates will have :
A high school diploma. An associate degree from an accredited college or university or BA / BS is preferred. A minimum of one year experience working with children in a group setting. Enthusiasm and patience for working with children and passion about education, health, character development and leadership.
