We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Family Teachers at Boys Town. In this role, you will work alongside another team member to provide care and guidance to young people in need.
As a Family Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and loving environment for the youth in your care. This includes providing emotional support, using positive reinforcement techniques, and helping them develop essential life skills.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, plan fun and educational activities, and model healthy relationships and communication skills.
Additionally, you will serve as an active member of the treatment team, collaborate with other professionals, and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized plans for each youth.
