Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Technical Instructors to facilitate our Technician Development Program. This role is crucial for the growth and success of individuals pursuing a career with us. As a Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, effectively managing classroom instruction, and supporting student progress. This new program will be an evening program so availability from 3-11pm is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach and provide hands-on training in a fully equipped shop environment.

Facilitate and deliver curriculum effectively, ensuring students gain practical and mechanical knowledge.

Support and motivate student growth, adapting to various learning styles.

Evaluate and communicate student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Connect with each student to assess their skill levels and learning needs, adapting teaching methods accordingly.

Inspire students with professionalism and a deep care for their development, both personally and professionally.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the automotive field.

Master Certified, Ford preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to the development of others.
