The City Clerk's Division is seeking a temporary worker to support the Clerk in managing Bozeman City Study Commission meetings. This role involves assisting with the operation of streaming and recording platforms during meetings, preparing meeting agendas in advance, and drafting written minutes following each session.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Bargaining Unit: N/A
Work Week/Hours: Intermittent meetings (tentatively set for 1st Thursday of the month and others as scheduled), flexible hours (5-12 hours/week)

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Attend City Study Commission meetings, including assisting in attendance and participation in meetings, roll call votes, running the audio-visual recording and streaming of the meetings, and taking notes to produce the minutes;
- Prepare draft of next meeting agenda based on Study Commission discussion, circulate for comment, prepare final agenda for publication;
- Maintain list of future action or discussion items;
- Coordinate with Ex-Officio member regarding notice of meetings.
- Must be of legal age to perform the duties of the position;
- Some office experience required;
- Must possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and PDF editing in Adobe;
- Ability to learn new software platforms.
