Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and employee management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide our staff. This position will work Monday - Wednesday 10am - 6pm and Sunday / Thursday 1pm - 9 pm.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of 4 separate departments, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions for operational improvements.
- Supervise training programs for new employees, focusing on customer service best practices and team management skills.
- Maintain multiple employee schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience in managing a large staff
