What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Barista position at Bozeman Hot Springs?
Complimentary Hot Springs & Fitness Membership while employed at the Bozeman Hot Springs.
Assists with daily tasks, operate coffee equipment, and make a wide variety of food and beverage items. This is a lead position that is also responsible for training tier one employees, as well as assigning positions at beginning of shift and reporting directly to the Food and Beverage manager and supervisor.
Must be able to follow instructions and carry out tasks in a timely manner. Prepare beverage and food item under the safety and sanitizing requirements in place. Applicants must also be flexible to changing hours on Friday and Saturday as the Hot Springs operational hours are dependent on when sundown is for those two days. Experience preferred. Tips included.
Schedule
Wednesday-Sunday.
Afternoon to Evening. Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday 2:30-10:30, Friday currently 10:30 AM to close, Saturday Open to 11:30 PM, some flexibility is available but this ultimately is a closing position and that is expected to be upheld.
