Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position involves managing front desk operations, conducting night audits, and providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding customer service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.
• Assist with phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide information as needed.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience with night audit processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while demonstrating attention to detail.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of service while successfully multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
