What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Bozeman Inn?
Bozeman Inn has an immediate opening for a part time or full time night auditor. We have a variety of shifts available and each shift is from 11PM-7AM.
The tasks required of this position include, but are not limited to: answering phone calls, making reservations, receiving cash and credit card payments, checking guests in and out, assisting guests with any needs that arise during their stay, inputting data into our reservation system, keeping the office clean, restocking shelves, and assisting with any other tasks that arise.
No experience is required, but any prior office, clerical, accounting, or hotel work would be extremely beneficial. Employees who are successful in this position are those who are able to accurately do basic math, multitask, and work independently.
Applicants to this position must live locally, be able to work throughout the summer, and be able to work independently. We do not offer employee housing.
