RESULTS STATEMENT
The Production Manager ensures efficient, high-quality service delivery by overseeing field operations, managing crew performance, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, and demonstrating strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to operational excellence.
STRATEGIC WORK

Motivates Field Leaders to perform with excellence by modeling professionalism and servant leadership

Purchases and maintains equipment and supplies necessary for daily operations

Ensures the division has all necessary equipment, supplies, and staff to complete work, keeps equipment in good working order, and documents, reports, tracks, and completes all division equipment repair requests

Manages and anticipates division inventory, materials, and supply stocks while ordering as necessary within the division budget

Participates in the planning and implementation of daily/weekly musters

Implements and enforces safety procedures through regular safety talks and adherence to protocols
-
Develops, implements, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production activities and division protocols

Manages crew members' weekly schedules, ensures full coverage for operations, and achieves division goals

Produces reports for a weekly review with the DOO regarding goal achievement, strategies, issue maintenance and resolution, division inventory, and quality improvement

Assists the DOO in creating routes and ensures efficient and adhered-to service delivery schedules

Reports weekly to the DOO on production efficiency, quality control, and operational challenges

Meets weekly with the DOO and subsequently with the division team to discuss quality and improvement
-
Works closely with the Office Manager and DOO to coordinate service schedules, communicates changes, and resolves operational challenges

Collaborates with Field Leaders to ensure crew members are properly trained and equipped for their tasks
TACTICAL WORK
-
Ensures all assigned work orders are completed on time and meet quality expectations
-
Conducts or delegates new hire training, ensuring adequate education and training of Field Leaders
-
Regularly inspects sites for quality and identifies troublesome areas or issues
-
Quickly addresses and resolves client concerns and field operational challenges
-
Reviews reporting positions’ timesheets and work tickets daily for accuracy and submits them for approval, ensuring clocked time, work ticket records, and materials are correctly documented in Aspire
-
Coordinates with the mechanic to ensure crew compliance with equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring proper servicing and repair completion
-
Oversees the removal of equipment from the field for regular servicing, maintenance, or repairs as needed and its subsequent return to operations
-
Addresses staffing issues within the division as they arise, following the Corrective Action SOP in adherence to company guidelines

Conducts thorough, insightful, and timely performance reviews within BSS timeframes
-
Ensures credit card purchase receipts are entered correctly and accurately as they occur daily
-
Steps into field roles when necessary to meet operational demands or address performance gaps
-
Maintains availability outside of standard business hours to support urgent operational needs

Produces weekly reports tracking job completion, employee performance, and operational efficiencies

Ensures proper documentation and submission of receipts for purchases related to production

Consistently enforces the BSS Employee Handbook with tact

Performs all other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

18 years of age or older
-
Flexible schedule availability, including potential after-hours work

Legal, valid, unrestricted driver's license

Computer proficient and able to process documents, spreadsheets, input data, etc.

Proficient in Google Drive

Consistent professionalism, friendliness, honesty, accuracy, and proficiency under pressure

Reliable transportation to work to help maintain a pristine attendance record

Propane Certification provided at BSS through Northern Energy

Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors provided at BSS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORKING CONDITIONS

Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling

Lifting and raising objects up to 60 pounds from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position, requiring substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles
