RESULTS STATEMENT

The Beds Technician ensures that landscaped beds are weed and garbage free.

TACTICAL WORK

1. Equips backpacks, accurately mixing chemicals as needed
2. Differentiates weeds versus desirable plants
3. Sprays entire weed surface for areas under 4”, when possible
4. Hand-pulls live and dead weeds that are over 4”
5. Creates efficient walking and sequence strategies
6. Covers up any fabric and hides drip lines with mulch and creates an issue for an opportunity
7. Redistributes mulch and ensure any mulch in grass is within beds
8. Cleans out dead-wood and stragglers (not a full prune) of trees
9. Deadheads flowers of perennials
10. Blows off any decks
11. Safely drives truck
12. Promptly enters correct information into Aspire
13. Collects and properly disposes of trash from job site
14. Exhibits willingness to work on any company crew using assigned equipment (BSS prefers and provides opportunities for year-round employment)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. 18 years of age or older
2. Legal, valid, unrestricted, driver's license
3. Ability to work through the end of October is strongly preferred

TRABAJO TÁCTICO

1. Equipa mochilas, mezclando los productos químicos de manera precisa según sea necesario
2. Diferencia las malas hierbas de las plantas deseables
3. Rocía toda la superficie de las malas hierbas en áreas menores a 4”, cuando sea posible
4. Extrae a mano las malas hierbas vivas y muertas que superan los 4”
5. Crea estrategias eficientes de caminata y secuencia
6. Cubre cualquier tela y oculta las líneas de goteo con mantillo, creando una oportunidad para resolver cualquier inconveniente
7. Redistribuye el mantillo y asegura que cualquier mantillo en el césped esté dentro de las camas
