About the Role:
The Refinery Operations Manager – HSE&C is responsible for delivering environmental, social, and carbon activities for our Cherry Point refinery. This role requires a strong understanding of current and future environmental regulations impacting the refinery.
This position will lead a team of environmental professionals in delivering cost-effective compliance and managing environmental protection programs for the refinery. The role will be based in Cherry Point refinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Coordinate the delivery of environmental compliance programs and reporting requirements for the refinery
- Oversee the delivery of timely environmental permits for new capital projects
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies for internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the HSE&C Manager and Extended Leadership Team peers to nurture strong Environmental performance and culture
