As a full-time sales representative, we’re preparing you to succeed in more than just your current position. You will be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning and problem solving. This role will provide you the foundational education and experience needed for all future career growth.
Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new sales leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of BP Roofing’s services to potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by consistently providing superior service.
Achieve or exceed established sales targets and accurately track and report sales progress.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common objectives and contribute to overall team success.
Compensation and Benefits:
Paid training provided $12 - $18 per hour (Dependent on Experience) plus commission.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated successful experience in sales is required. Experience within the roofing, construction, or home improvement industries is highly valued.
Prior experience in D2D (Door-to-Door) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Strong commitment to achieving results and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and reliable.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a contributing member of a performance-driven team.
Must be proficient in basic computer skills, including CRM software, email communication, and standard office applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
