Job Summary:
We be are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staffing needs, managing front office operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Staffing Coordination:*
1. Coordinate staffing needs for clients and CHHAs.
2. Manage and maintain accurate staffing schedules.
3. Communicate with CHHAs and clients regarding scheduling and changes.
4. Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and agency policies.
*Receptionist Duties:*
1. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to voicemails, and greet visitors.
2. Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
3. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, clinicians, and referral sources.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health or staffing coordination.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and staffing software.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with scheduling software , such as ERSP or similar systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.60 - $21.47 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- On call
