Castrol Business Process Enablement Lead
This role is a key leader in design and delivering of a solution for Castrol that delivers customer satisfaction, that improves end-users experience, helping the people in our businesses and GBS by reducing complexity and effort, and enabling them to realize value in risk management, and cost efficiency whilst improving the integration with C&P.
In this role You will:
- Lead the global project design and implementation agenda for Castrol, ensuring process simplification objectives are met.
- Ensure full adoption of the Global Quantum Castrol Template and manage changes through the process governance framework.
- Integrate operational process requirements with the Global template, allowing only vital customizations.
- Support Change Management activities to ensure successful launch and embedding of new processes.
- Collaborate with the Quantum Programme Director and Global Process Director on strategic planning and risk management
- Lead team of process and functional specialists across to ensure E2E value chain is included in the project scope
- Ensure integration with Castrol Business Transformation Roadmaps
- Facilitate Castrol LT governance and decision making on scope, budget and implementation
- Degree (or equivalent experience) level qualification or equivalent (e.g., MBA, Accounting Qualifications).
- Deep experience (15-20 years of experience) in designing, transforming, and maintaining business process models in integrated supply chain areas.
- Practical operational experience in integrated supply chain.
- Demonstrable ability to lead a team and engage with diverse collaborators.
- Business insight and advanced communication skills.
- Experience working in a matrix environment across multiple geographies.
- Advisory environment experience with major transformation engagements and board-level customer interactions.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering business transformation as part of major ERP implementations and/or major business transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of specified process areas and integration points with other data and process areas.
