- Meeting with clients to determine project needs and develop a scope of work that exceeds client expectations.
- Work with design partners to determine initial code requirements and breakdown projects into systematic format.

Job Requirements
- Understanding of all components of commercial building contruction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to read & understand construction drawings & specifications.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- BS in Construction Management plus 5 years of Commercial Project Estimation 0r
- 10 years experience in Commercial Estimating
