Responsibilities
Responsible for working with phone and walk in sales and estimates for current and new clients
You will attend sales and production meetings and maintain daily communication with department team leaders
Working with sign department for all needed templates and vinyl / signs
Managing and following client projects requiring a high level of focus, attention to detail and time management skills
Commercial sign site reviews - measurements and photos
Requirements
Excellent customer service, sales and communication skills (digitally, verbally and written)
Ability to set and manage customer expectations to match production schedules
Fluent use of Microsoft Office, Acrobat Reader, basic phone systems and print systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong documentation skills, file, and project preparation
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment
Construction experience a Plus
Minimum 2-3 years experience in commercial sign industry major plus
Self-motivated, energetic, outgoing, and friendly
Can work independently and as a part of the team
Must be able to stay on task and complete jobs daily
Stay organized and accountable throughout the day
Very detail oriented
Meet with people on-on-one and over the phone without hesitation
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging personality
