The Position:
We are looking for an Account Supervisor to be the liaison between the client and the internal agency team to ensure the client’s needs and goals are being met on every project. You would be responsible for getting the client the best possible work but at a profitable return for the agency. You would develop a thorough knowledge of the client’s business, the consumer and the marketplace.
The Responsibilities:
Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Develop advertising, marketing objectives, strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and present strategies, media plans, and creative concepts at client meetings.
- Keep in contact with client throughout all stages of the campaign.
- Formulate plans to extend new business with established accounts.
- Supervise strategic development and implementation of client programs.
- Responsible for final out-the-door billing.
- Initiate new projects for client.
- Work closely with the project manager on all projects.
- Create case studies for past campaigns.
- Monitor client satisfaction.
- Represent agency at tradeshows.
- Write SOW for existing clients.
- Lead project kick-offs.
- Educate client regarding the timing required for execution and stay informed on progress through the project manager.
- Working with Account Principal, develops campaign/project proposal strategy.
- Ensures creative platform concepts and media strategy align with account strategy and brand.
- Maintains deep understanding of their clients’ industry.
- Maintains deep understanding of clients and their consumer profiles.
- Maintains deep understanding of clients’ competitors.
- Facilitates weekly client-facing status meetings.
- Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
The Essentials:
- 7 years’ experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Advertising Agency experience is a must.
- Digital experience is a must.
- Ability to travel as needed.
