Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our business is growing, and we are seeking an Assembler Entry-Level. This position is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and the schedule is 1st Shift, Monday - Friday (7:00AM to 3:00PM).
Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.46-$30.83 per hour with occasional overtime available. Additionally, a $1.60 an hour for skill differential is included on top of the base hourly rate.
This offer includes a one-time signing bonus of $1,000 which will be grossed up to cover the tax withholdings. The first half will be paid after your 90th-day and the second half after you have successfully completed your probationary period of 180-days. If you voluntarily resign from the company before completing one year of employment, you will be required to reimburse the company within 30 days of your resignation.
Our facility is located at 1204 W. 20th St. Okmulgee, OK 74447.

Job Description
Position: Quality Assurance Inspector
Department: Plant Support Full-Time/Part-Time: Full
Location: Okmulgee, OK FLSA: Non-Exempt
Reports to (Title): Quality Assurance Supervisor
Objective:
- Performs visual inspections and physical tests on raw materials, in-process and/or finished products to ensure quality and conformance to machine or casting specifications. Accepts or rejects parts and records inspection results.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

- Examine parts for defects, such as cracks, corrosion, pits, and stress and fatigue marks
- Measure dimensions, contours, trim lines, angles, radii, and coordination of parts for conformance to blueprints and specifications, using precision measuring instruments and devices
- Calculate allowable dimensional deviations, utilizing knowledge of shop math
- Verify configuration of component parts and location of fastener holes, using check fixtures and measuring instruments. Inspect welding, heat treating, bonding, brazing, and machining of parts for conformance to specifications
- Observe or conduct testing of parts to ensure that functional performance and physical characteristics conform to fabrication standards and specifications, using testing and measuring equipment.

- Maintain work area in a safe, clean, and organized manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalence
- 3 to 4 years manufacturing experience
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical, reporting and surveillance skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- ability to operate precision test instruments which may require fine motor skills
- ability to recognize obvious irregularities in form, fit, or function
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and detailed work sheets, and capable of performing mathematical calculations required in association with blueprints and work instructions
- Knowledge of metrology, computer controlled measurement devices, and geometric tolerance techniques.
- Ability to proactively demonstrate sound judgement and safety management practices.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently under pressure.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Arrowhead Winch Inc. is a manufacturer of industrial winches. Employee is working around heavy machinery. Employees must be able to operate safely in a busy industrial environment. Additional physical requirements include standing, walking, bending 90% of the time. Ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist and hold hands above head.
