What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor case stamping machinery under the guidance of an experienced trainer.
• Read and interpret work orders for precise die positioning and layouts.
• Set up and run machines safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
• Ensure product quality and accuracy by monitoring machine output and completing reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all company safety standards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Work as part of a team to continuously improve processes and performance.
• Retrieve and prepare materials, minimizing waste to maximize efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a bonus).
• Skills: Basic understanding of machines/tools. Prior experience with case stamping machinery is helpful but not required.
• Mindset: A willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Communication: Clear communication and collaboration skills are a must.

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 3:30 AM
