What You’ll Do:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate high-speed printing presses and production machinery.
• Monitor and adjust press settings, ink, registration, and feed systems to ensure high-quality output and minimal waste.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with repairs to ensure continuous and efficient production.
• Work with production teams to improve process efficiency and maintain quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2 years of experience operating and maintaining printing presses or industrial production machinery.
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
✔ Understanding of press controls, print quality standards, and production workflows.
✔ Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and machine specifications.
✔ A problem-solver with a focus on efficiency, precision, and machine performance.
